Boat Racing Festival Program, 05-14 September, 2023

Wake up early in the morning, wear new clothes, go to Lorat, take photos at the fountain… Only the people of Luang Prabang understand… See you on September 13-14, 2023, the 9th month festival, wrapped in rice and decorated with rice in the capital of Prabang.

• September 13, 2023 at 6:30-12:00 Lorat (at the mass market) at Sisang Vong Road.
• On September 14, 2023 at 5:30 p.m., the ceremony to put on the bat, at 8:30 p.m. to watch the beautiful boats, at 9:00 p.m. the official opening of the boat competition.
